Vis autoperceuses bimétalliques à revêtement Ruspert pour les applications de toitures métalliques les plus corrosives : un corps en acier inoxydable austénitique 304 non magnétique, soudé par friction à une pointe de forage en acier allié trempé, associe la résistance à la corrosion de l'inoxidable à la puissance de pénétration de l'acier trempé. Le revêtement céramique Ruspert est fritté à 220 °C max en une barrière tenace de 20 μm - bien en dessous de la plage de sensibilisation 450-900 °C -, si bien que la couche passive de chrome et la résistance de l'inox restent pleinement intactes ; classé AS 3566 Class 4 et conforme RoHS UE. Trois défenses coordonnées arrêtent la corrosion galvanique (bimétallique) après la pose : une rondelle inox série 300 avec EPDM résistant aux intempéries empêche l'entrée de l'eau et donc tout circuit électrolytique ; la barrière céramique isole la vis des métaux dissemblables ; et une intercouche de zinc de 2 μm agit en anode sacrificielle aux points de contact entre la vis et l'acier fixé. Le corps 304 est forgé à froid sans traitement thermique et conserve la haute ductilité qui résiste à la rupture par fatigue sous vibration du vent. Installation Guidelines

  1. Use a depth-setting screw gun at 0-2,500 rpm with the correct hex socket.
  2. Apply steady pressure through the drilling phase; the point must clear the steel before the thread engages.
  3. Stop at a uniform EPDM compression ring — the stainless backup washer should not grind the panel.
  4. Confirm three full threads beyond the supporting steel.
  5. On aluminum panels this screw removes the galvanic penalty — pair it with the aluminum-backed EPDM washer option.
