Tornillos autoperforantes bimetálicos con recubrimiento Ruspert para las aplicaciones de techado metálico más corrosivas: un vástago de acero inoxidable austenítico 304 no magnético, soldado por fricción a una punta de perforación de acero aleado templado, combina la resistencia a la corrosión del inoxidable con la potencia de penetración del acero templado. El recubrimiento cerámico Ruspert se sinteriza a máx. 220°C formando una barrera tenaz de 20 μm - muy por debajo del rango de sensibilización 450-900°C -, de modo que la capa pasiva de cromo y la resistencia del acero permanecen totalmente intactas; clasificado AS 3566 Class 4 y conforme a RoHS de la UE. Tres defensas coordinadas detienen la corrosión galvánica (bimetálica) tras la instalación: una arandela inox serie 300 con EPDM resistente a la intemperie impide la entrada de agua y con ello el circuito electrolítico; la barrera cerámica aísla el tornillo de los metales disímiles; y una intercapa de zinc de 2 μm actúa como ánodo de sacrificio en los puntos de contacto entre el tornillo y el acero fijado. El vástago 304 se forja en frío sin tratamiento térmico y conserva la alta ductilidad que resiste la fractura por fatiga bajo vibración del viento. Diámetros 4,8 / 5,5 / 6,3 mm, longitudes 22-125 mm y puntas #1-#5 para acero 1,0-12,0 mm, cabeza hexagonal con arandela inox y arandela EPDM. Installation Guidelines

  1. Use a depth-setting screw gun at 0-2,500 rpm with the correct hex socket.
  2. Apply steady pressure through the drilling phase; the point must clear the steel before the thread engages.
  3. Stop at a uniform EPDM compression ring — the stainless backup washer should not grind the panel.
  4. Confirm three full threads beyond the supporting steel.
  5. On aluminum panels this screw removes the galvanic penalty — pair it with the aluminum-backed EPDM washer option.
